The purpose of this project is to assist the California Air Resources Board with assessing and developing methods to estimate greenhouse gas (GHG) and air pollutant emission reductions, and other co‑benefits from various transportation-related California Climate Investments programs and projects funded through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF).  Tasks included reviewing literature and providing guidance on improvements to specific inputs and assumptions to existing quantification methodologies (QMs), as well as recommending approaches for quantification of potential new project types.
